Group Therapy

What are you going to do?

What’s bothering you isn’t going away.

It’s been distracting you. Eating away at you.

You know something needs to give.

Nobody really understands – maybe your conversations just don’t go quite deep enough.

Or try as they might, those around you can’t relate.

And it’s lonely. Isolated. Disconnected. Sometimes, you wonder if you’re the only one who’s ever gone through this.

But you’re not. You’re not alone!

Welcome to the 21st century – complicated times.

Starting with Y2K and September 11th, these first two decades have presented more than their fair share of extraordinary challenges.

Fast track to today…

COVID-19 has significantly affected our ability to connect – our sense of belonging.

It feels like 2020 was one giant divide between us all. And it didn’t stop there.

Today, more than ever, we’re all looking for a unique space to feel heard and understood.

We are searching for community in new and innovative ways.

Telehealth-based Group Therapy is that space.

It’s where commonality and diversity converge to form community and connection.

Group therapy is a confidential setting allowing a diverse group of people to share their common experiences.

It’s a healthy space where you can experience the tremendous power of being genuinely understood by others when you’re feeling alone.

Finding Common Ground

Finding and communing with others who can more fully relate to your experience creates a singular type of bond.

The realization that others in the world share – truly understand – your struggle makes things less isolating and less shameful.

Friendships are formed. Lessons are both taught and learned.

Sustained, empowered and inspired, you begin to heal.

Celebrating Diversity

Simultaneously, joining a diverse group of people connects different backgrounds, histories, and perspectives.

Everyone has the opportunity to expand their point of view because we commit to meet everyone in the space of understanding and acceptance.

This is something we desperately need at this time: a space celebrating what differentiates us while healing what connects us.

Check off the groups that interest you, leave your contact information, and we’ll contact you when we have a full class of participants.
