How do I set up an appointment?

We want to talk with you right away.

at your convenience – to discuss your reasons for pursuing counseling and affirm your mental health MATTERS!

At the end of our consultation, we’ll discuss whether to proceed. Remember – successful therapy relies upon the perfect balance of clinical expertise and therapeutic connection.

When we book your first session, we’ll review telehealth specifications.

Do I need to do anything before our first session?
Before our first session, we request you fill out our information questionnaire and sign our contract(s). We will email you a link to our secure portal where you can access both these documents.
Where and how do we meet?

For current therapy solutions, we offer telehealth sessions.

Online therapy is the therapy of today. This technological integration prioritizes your health and your convenience.

How long are the sessions?

Before services begin, we provide a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation with prospective clients.

Individual and couples sessions are typically 45 minutes.

Group sessions vary in length.

Do I need therapy?

We approach counseling from a wellness perspective – we feel strongly that all people can benefit from therapy.

Everyone needs a space to be heard. To feel safe. To gain perspective and insight.

Therapy helps us grow as individuals while learning about ourselves from a new point of view.

I have difficulty trusting people. Why should I trust you?

That’s a fair question. The truth is you don’t have to trust us blindly.

Come in – give us a try! I bet we’ll surprise you.

Let us earn your trust – while modeling a healthy, safe environment. We’ll never judge you in this space.

Beyond this being a tenet of our training, being understanding and open is a core part of who we (Janee & Cindy) are as individuals. It’s part of what drew us to forming this coalition together.

Both of us value every aspect of the journey that brought you to today. There’s no benefit in judging any of this.

Do you have any pets?

Janee has a beagle, a golden retriever puppy, and a snake.

Cindy has a parrot.

What hobbies do you enjoy?

Janee enjoys hiking and flying with her family (her husband is a pilot!).

In her free time, you can find Cindy moving to the beat in a Zumba class.

Where would you love to travel?

For Janee it’s the lovely tropical setting of Costa Rica.

Cindy prefers the nostalgia and romance of Italy.
